New Zealand Tracking
You will have been sent tracking info to your email address, the same email address your account uses here on your Beggs account. If you cannot find the email, or just don't have it, send us an email or give us a call and we will get back to you ASAP with everything you need. Please be aware that shipping to rural areas can take a 2 - 3 working days longer than standard delivery. Also note that delivery to a PO Box cannot be tracked and we do not recommend this. If you normally need a PO Box delivery we would suggest using an alternative address where a courier can get a signature if at all possible. Shipping information is provided once your order has been collected so you can check delivery progress. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days please check tracking information as a delivery error may have occurred.
Australian Tracking
When your order is sent you are emailed (to the email you used while processing your order) a tracking code and the link to the FedEx website tracking page. Here you can track the progress of your order. If you have any questions or need any help, simply contact us at sales@beggs.co.nz and we will advise tracking info. Please be aware shipping to rural areas can take a 2 - 4 working days longer than standard delivery. *Please note deliveries to any PO Box cannot be tracked and we do not recommend this method*. Delivery to a PO Box is at your risk.
Rest of the world
We normally do not ship outside New Zealand and Australia. We are happy to ship to existing customers, however tracking orders to some countries is difficult and shipping is undertaken at the customer's risk. If you are wanting to order from elsewhere you may be asked for additional identification such as a photo of a utility bill or a copy of a driver license. This is to avoid fraud and is designed to protect both ourselves and our customers.
